Every effort has been made to ensure a safe and secure form to email submission process but advise users using such form to email processes that they do so at their own risk.
Ortecha uses any information submitted by you to provide you with further information about the products / services we offer or to assist you in answering any questions or queries you may have submitted. If applying for an position you may be required to submit your job history and background details to a third party job verification processor so that your employment history and references can be checked and verified. The Background Checking service is fully compliant with the GDPR regulations. If you meet the position requirements and have passed internal interviews Ortecha will submit your email address to the processor, from there to proceed further in the verification process you must authorise the background checking company to process your details in order to complete the verification process.
When submitting information regarding positions advertised to Ortecha for processing it processes the information based off legitimate interests. All submitted information will be retained for a four (4) years, so that if another position opens up and is appropriate for the company or individual we may reach out electronically to see if they are interested. All such correspondence will be accompanied with this privacy notice and a notice indicating their right to object to processing and right of erasure.
